This Week In Workouts

I’ve been cutting back to give my body some rebuilding time. Here are the low intensity / strength building workout outs I have been enjoying.

Week of 04/30/12:

Monday 4/30: off / pre-dinner walk with bb

Tuesday 5/01: pre-dinner walk back from Brooklyn

Wednesday 5/02: 2 X Body Weight/Core Circuit at home (20 minutes)

 

Week of 04/23/12:

Monday 4/23: off

Tuesday 4/24: Treadmill hill intervals 40 minutes

Wednesday 4/25 – off

Thursday 4/26 – 60 minute Strong Yoga Class

Friday 4/27  – 30 minutes random interval on elliptical + 5 minutes core

Saturday 4/28 – 75 Minute Relax Yoga Class

Sunday – 4/29 – 75 Min. Strong Yoga Class

 

Week of 04/15/12

Sunday 4/15: 2 mile easy run on the East River

Monday 4/16: 75 minute Strong Yoga Class

Tuesday 4/17: 25 minutes easy level random interval on elliptical + light weights/high reps back and biceps – lat pulldowns, rows, bicep curls, diagonal curl

Wednesday 4/18: 75 Minute Yoga Class

Thursday 4/19 – off

Friday 4/20  – Walking Treadmill

Sat + Sun 4/21 and 4/22 – city walking
